Today I want to share a workout with you. This is definitely one of the things I LOVED about reading other blogs; seeing how other people trained and incorporating those things in my regimen!
At some point, I’d like to go into greater detail about how I train (I actually have exercise ADD, so this can change a lot!) So I do NOT do workouts like this every day, but when I‘m in need of something on the shorter/intense end, this works strength, cardio, and several major muscles in your body.
I am NOT a personal trainer. This is just a workout I’ve done and enjoyed, and I encourage you to seek a medical professional (your MD) before beginning this or any exercise regimen.
